Raghu Karnad

Raghu Karnad is an Indian author and journalist, and a recipient of a 2019 Windham-Campbell Prize from Yale University. He is the author of Farthest Field: An Indian Story of the Second World War, 2015, which received the Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar in 2016. His essays and reporting have been published in various international, digital and print media. Karnad won several prizes including the Lorenzo Natali Journalism Prize (2008), a Press Institute of India National Award (2008) and the inaugural Financial Times-Bodley Head essay competition (2012). 📷
