Minal Hajratwala, plays multiple roles, writer, performer, poet, and queer activist of Indian descent. Her work titled, Leaving India: My Family's Journey From Five Villages to Five Continents, was published in 2009. Many of her writings have appeared in various print and digital media. Hajratwala, lives and works in Los Angeles.
