Athena Kashyap is a poet who after having lived in the USA for nearly two decades moved to India. Her works, Crossing Black Waters, was published in 2012 and Sita of the Earth and Forests, in 2014. She is also the primary editor for Poetry Across Borders, an online journal. Kasyap currently teaches poetry at Azim Premji University in Bangalore. 📷
