Anurag Kashyap

Anurag Kashyap is an Indian Film director, writer, producer, editor and actor. He several accolades including a National Film Award and four Filmare Awards. For his contribution to the films, the Government of France awarded him with Ordre des Arts et et des Lettres (Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters in 2013). Kashyap co-produced the critically acclaimed drama The Lunchbox, and the biographical drama Shahid, both 2013; the former earned him a BAFTA Award for Best Film Not in the English Language nomination. He has co-directed India's first Netflix Original series, Sacred Games, 2018. He is the founder of two film production companies: Anurag Kashyap Films and Phantom Films, with partnership from directors Vikramaditya Motwane and Vikas Bahl and producer Madhu Mantena. 📷
